Clutch Beer? Hell Yeah!

One of the best things about sharing an office with Clutch’s label, Weathermaker Music, is you never know what might show up. Like perhaps on a Friday afternoon, Weathermaker label head Jon Nardachone might summon us to his desk to kick off the weekend with some Clutch beer. The beer, which is a partnership with New Belgium Brewing, will be coming out later this summer, but we were able to sample the 9% brew just a few minutes ago. It’s dark, heavy, and awesome. The brewery describes it as such:
Pure rock fury meets Belgian-style brewed folly in this collaboration with Maryland hard-rockers, Clutch. A pronounced bass line of dark chocolate, coffee and black malts bridge the sourness of our dark wood ale for a fluid riff.
