For Those Who Care: John Otto Still In Limp Bizkit

Break (Up) Stuff

Last month, drama surrounding DJ Lethal and drummer John Otto’s apparent exit from Limp Bizkit exploded via Twitter. However, now it looks like Limp Bizkit have worked things out with at least Otto.

Guitarist Wes Borland revealed via Twitter Saturday (May 12) that the band was hoping to record four new songs that weekend for Stampede of the Disco Elephants. And in response to criticism of Limp Bizkit recording without supposedly ousted members, Borland tweeted “@ScattyMac we’re recording John today. Drums first.” He then posted a picture of Otto setting up his drum set for recording (as seen above).

Borland mentioned nothing regarding DJ Lethal’s status in the band. However, given his previous tweets, it’s safe to assume that DJ Lethal is still out of Limp Bizkit. Either way, Limp Bizkit fans can rejoice about Otto’s return, while the rest of us can continue not giving a nookie.
