Remember when Johnny Depp joined Alice Cooper onstage in London? Well now Alice Cooper has joined the Captain Jack Sparrow on the screen.

A revamped trailer for Tim Burton’s film adaptation of the vampire themed soap opera Dark Shadows (starring Johnny Depp) has been released. And a familiar face pops up around the trailer’s 1:47 mark. “Ugliest woman I have ever seen,” Depp’s vampire character Barnabas Collins declares as Alice Cooper performs “No More Mr. Nice Guy” at a 70’s ballroom party.

We’ll spare you our thoughts on the trailer itself, but Cooper’s random cameo is simply fun to watch. Take a look for yourself and watch the trailer above (feel free to skip to the 1:47 mark if you don’t care to watch the entire trailer).

Meanwhile, Depp has been collaborating with yet another shock rocker lately. The Huffington Post is reporting that the actor has recorded a cover of Carly Simon’s “You’re So Vain” with none other than Marilyn Manson himself. The Carly Simon cover will be featured on Manson’s new album Born Villain, due out on May 1. The pairing isn’t too odd, since Depp and Manson have actually been friends for quite a while (having gone to a few movie premieres together). Plus, this isn’t the most random actor to be attached to Manson’s new album.
