This past week has certainly been a big week for Suicide Silence. Coming off of the launch of Mayhem Fest this past Saturday, the band’s third album The Black Crown hit stores on Tuesday (12). To celebrate the album’s release, we’re giving fans a chance to win an awesome prize: a Suicide Silence customized guitar.

That’s right, we’re giving one lucky fan the chance to win a custom Suicide Silence Epiphone guitar. How can I enter to win this, you ask? Well all you have to do is fill out the form below. Yup, that easy! Multiple entries will be disqualified, and the contest is open to U.S. residents only (sorry, rest of world). We’re giving you until July 27 to enter.

    Seriously? Why not at least have a seven string if it’s going to be a “Suicide Silence” guitar.
    Why not a Schecter Damien? At least it’s the same brand and number of strings that Garza uses.
