Contests

In the fall of 2010, Slipknot released (sic)nesses on DVD in honor of the late Paul Gray. In addition to including a recording of their headlining performance at the 2009 Download Festival, the two disc DVD also include Clown’s Audible Visions of (sic)nesses documentary and loads of bonus material. Yesterday (July 31), though, (sic)nesses became available on Blu-ray with newly remixed DTS 5.1 surround sound. And we just so happen to have one copy to give away to YOU.

That’s right, we’re giving away a Blu-ray copy of Slipknot’s (sic)nesses to one lucky winner. All you have to do to win this special Blu-ray is leave a comment below and tell us your favorite song by Slipknot. You, THAT EASY! We’ll pick one winner by Tuesday, August 7 by email (so please make sure to login with your email and not via social media accounts). Multiple entries will be disqualified, and the contest is open to U.S. residents only (sorry, rest of world). So don’t waste any more time and enter for the chance to win this awesome Blu-ray from Slipknot.

My favorite song has to be “Me Inside,” first off because they took Purity, a song about a girl in a coffin off the album (which made that song so much more epic when you actually found it for download), and because the Spanish in that song was not only kick-fucking-ass, but it was how my friends and I felt in a nutshell as we walked the halls of our high school, amidst all the stupid jocks and preps and “beautiful people.” “Somos feos y apestamos y pero reinamos hoto motherfucker.” We were pretty ugly, compared to the jock standards, and my buddy Ryan did smell pretty bad…but in our eyes, we ruled, motherfucker!
