This past Saturday, anyone that cared about metal in the San Antonio, Texas area was probably at the Iron Maiden/Ghost show at the AT&T Center. However, one of those many people there was a fugitive wanted on an aggravated kidnapping charge who got arrested after his friend posted a screenshot on Facebook of the two with their exact seasts. That didn’t work out so well, and now he’s a prisoner and not a free man. Heres what KVUE says about the man, Derrick Roseland:

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said they arrested Derrick Roseland at the AT&T Center after receiving the tip. Austin police detectives spotted the post on a friend’s social media account and notified BCSO. The sheriff’s office said deputies went to the seats pictured and arrested Roseland without incident.

The arrest affidavit for Roseland stated police were attempting to apprehend him on June 12. Police said Roseland ditched a stolen car along the 6000 block of Belfast Drive and forced another person to drive him to the Jack in the Box at U.S. 183 and Loyola Lane. The victim told police Roseland yelled that he had a gun.

It probably didn’t help Roseland much that he had a crappy neck tattoo that likely gave him away once the cops were in the general vicinity. But if he knew that there were copes looking for him for something he’d done in the past two weeks, it might not have been a bad idea to lay low for a little while. Or maybe run somewhere, like the hills.
