Details have been revealed for the upcoming Dimebash 2010, a night that celebrates the legacy of Dimebag Darrel. The event will see musicians and fans alike paying homage to the late Pantera/Damageplan guitarist, whose tragic death will have been six years ago this coming December. Sponsored by Monster Energy Drink, the event will take place on October 29 at the Key Club in West Hollywood. Proceeds from the show will go to the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up And Shout Cancer Fund.

The all star lineup that has already been announced is pretty spectacular. Slated to perform so far are Dave Grohl, Simon Wright (Dio/ex-AC/DC), Kerry King and Dave Lombardo of Slayer, Robb Flynn and Phil Demmel of Machine Head, Chuck Billy (Testament), members of In This Moment and Shinedown, and many more. The event will be hosted by Sirius XM’s Jose Mangin and will also feature a special opening set from Rev Theory.

Tickets are only $15 and can be purchased at TicketFly.com.
