Dimebash 2010 featured a stellar lineup of rock and metal artists coming together to honor the late Dimebag Darrell. But unless you were in the L.A. area, you didn’t have a chance to attend the event. While a DVD of the all-star performance is in the works, fan filmed videos will have to do for now. Luckily for us, though, most of the songs and performances have been posted on YouTube.   You can watch Robb Flynn (guitar, vocals), Kerry King (guitar), Dave Lombardo (drums) and Mike Inez (bass) performing “Fucking Hostile” above and pretty much everyone on the bill performing “Walk” down below. Check out more video taken from the show at Blabbermouth.

On a side note, you may notice that one particular individual is missing from pictures and videos taken from Dimebash 2010. Sadly, despite rumors that we reported on last week, ex-Pantera and Down singer Phil Anselmo did not end up appearing at the event. However, Blabbermouth reports that Anselmo was indeed set to perform but was forced to pull out due to an illness. It’s a shame, but does give hope that Anselmo may appear at a future benefit/tribute show for Dimebag. One note worthy surprise, though, came from Motörhead’s Lemmy and Phil Campbell, who performed “Ace Of Spades” with Dave Grohl on guitar. All in all, the night seemed like a great  tribute to a fallen legend and also helped raise money for a good cause (proceeds from the show went to the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up And Shout Cancer Fund).
