During an appearance at the California Metalfest several weeks ago, the surviving members of Suicide Silence announced plans to perform a memorial show in honor of their late singer Mitch Lucker. The group said that a different singer would join them onstage for each song, it wasn’t known who exactly would be appearing at the show.

That didn’t stop some news sources from jumping the gun and announcing guest vocalists including Randy Blythe, Robb Flynn and Dez Fafara, even though the band hadn’t confirmed that (and the offending blog posts have been since removed). However, the first round of vocalists have officially been announced via the band’s Facebook page, with more to come next week. Chad Gray of Hellyeah and Mudvayne, As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis and All Shall Perish vocalist Eddie Hermida will be playing with the band.

Tickets for the memorial show, taking place at the Fox Theater in Pomona, CA on December 21, are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
