If you are in the New York City area and itchin’ to meet some metal industry folk, you’ll find a good chunk of us (MI included) at Lit Lounge this Monday, May 4 for the inaugural Precious Metal night. TonesOfDeath.com and RED Distribution will continue hosting these monthly free parties/shows with performances from RED Distribution artists, special DJ’s and giveaways.

This week, Relapse Records‘ Rumplestiltskin Grinder, The End Records‘ Hull (a must-see!) and Metal Blade‘s Ravage will be performing, along with a DJ set from new Anthrax vocalist Dan Nelson. They’ll also be giving away a guitar autographed by Toxic Holocaust. It’s all going down at 93 2nd Avenue (between 5th and 6th) at 8 PM. All you have to do is RSVP here.
