Is the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival starting to unveil the bands playing next year’s fest via their Facebook page? Earlier today, their page had a post that simply said “ICED EARTH.” Yesterday, “BLEEDING THROUGH” was another, with no other information provided. The announcement of dates for next year’s NEMHF, April 17-19 was announced less than a month ago, with no lineup listed. As always, the Festival will take place at the Palladium in Worcester, MA.

Maybe this is foreshadowing of things to come at the sixteenth annual NEMHF, or maybe it’s a cruel joke played on us by one of the page’s admins. Either way, we can only hope that this is a sign that a definitive lineup will be announced soon.

UPDATE: Iced Earth has announced dates for a North American tour with Sabaton and ReVamp, which lists a stop on April 19 at the Palladium in Worcester, MA. Thus, Iced Earth (as well as Sabaton and ReVamp most likely) is confirmed for the next New England Metal and Hardcore Festival.
