Festivals, Red State Rock

Do you like Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, P.O.D., In This Moment and Fozzy? You’re in luck, as the tour dates for the previously-announced Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival have been announced. This is the third go-round for Mayhem Fest’s tamer, less metal little brother, and from August 17 to September 30, the tour will be hitting arenas nationwide.

In addition to the aforementioned bands, Adelita’s Way, Deuce, Redlight King, Mindset Evolution, Thousand Foot Krutch and Candlelight Red will be playing. Yeah, we haven’t heard most of those bands either, but then again, Mindset Evolution won Uproar’s 2011 battle of the bands, so it can be said that this tour actually cares about artist development. Tickets. most of which go on sale this Friday (15) can be had for as little as $15. Check out the dates after the jump.
