I Would Do Anything For Lunch

Roadrunner imprint Loud and Proud have been on a signing frenzy lately, with everyone from Lynyrd Skynyrd to Ratt joining the label. Now Loud and Proud is proud (see what we did there?) to announce that Meat Loaf has joined their roster. The singer/actor will unleash his new album, Hang Cool Teddy Bear on May 11. Green Day producer Rob Cavallo helmed the album, which features appearances from the likes of Steve Vai, former Queen guitarist Brian May, and Jack Black. It also features appearances from American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi and House actor Hugh Laurie. Meat Loaf’s 1977 album Bat Out of Hell is the third biggest-selling album of all time. We don’t think this one’s going to top it anytime soon.
