After three albums on Relapse, Revocation have signed with Metal Blade Records. The band are currently in the studio with Zeuss. There’s no word yet on when their fifth album will be out, but the band posted the news of their new label on their Facebook page with the following quote from frontman Dave Davidson:

“We are very stoked to announce that we have signed with Metal Blade! We are all extremely proud to be a part of a label with such a long history and legendary roster. Currently, we’re in the studio recording our 5th full length album with Zeuss at the helm. This is the start of a new chapter for us and we are so thankful for all the support that we’ve received from the underground that has gotten us to this point in our career.”

The band will be headed on the road next month with labelmates Whitehapel, as well as Devildriver, Carnifex, Rivers of Nihil and Fit for an Autopsy. You can check the dates for that jaunt here.
