This Ratt/Marvin Gaye mashup is the best thing you’ll hear this week

Ah, the mashup. Kinda played out, right? Not yet. Two classic songs, one from the ’60s and one from the ’80s, have been combined to make something that, while not as iconic as either original song, still sounds amazing. And there are many reasons why this is so good. First of all,, one wouldn’t expect to hear Ratt’s “Round and Round” and Marvin Gaye’s “I Heard If Through the Grapevine” combined, so the shock value works. But the main reason it works so well is that the person that did it, YouTuber Bill McClintock, pulled if off amazingly well. Also, both songs are pretty much about heartbreak. Hell, just listen to it.
