Adult coloring books are all the rage, and even members of bands (like Life of Agony’s Alan Robert) are getting in on the trend. A great way to relieve stress while reminding yourself that as important as you are, you were a kid once could be why they’ve gained so much popularity in recent years. However, if you’re picking up the new Mastodon album, Emperor of Sand, on vinyl this Friday (31), you might as well throw down for the special version that has a color-in vinyl jacket. The special edition comes with a black and white album cover with a set of colored pencils. The amazing video the band shot to promote it shows kids coloring in the jacket along with a slightly terrifying version of the Emperor of Sand. If you’re going to pick up the album and don’t want to color, you can preorder it here.
