Earlier this year, Metal Insider launched our own merch store with a shirt featuring our logo and mascot, who we’ve named Crowley. With the holidays around the corner, we thought it was appropriate that we have a holiday design! The ugly sweater concept is so overdone that we tossed out that idea almost right away. Instead, we turned to our friends at the Nihil Gallery in Brooklyn and Art Noir Studio, who created this design. Holiday-themed without being too over the top, it features pentagrams, guitars, and a Christmas tree or two, resulting in an interesting take on our existing logo. We’re extremely proud to reveal our 2014 holiday design just in time for Cyber Monday.
