If you keep wondering how much your favorite bands make when they head out on the road, Billboard‘s Boxscore released their latest batch of earnings and attendance from many artists, including rock and metal ones, and we’ve summarized them here for you.

This week, we bring some of your usual touring bands from big names to smaller acts but we also have the numbers for the annual Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival, which we’re going to put at the bottom so you look at the embarrassing amounts of money the rest of the bunch made. These are the acts who made their dreams to make money playing music instead of working at Wal-mart:

At some point, almost 200,000 hippies paid $84,000,000 collectively to get high on the desert while listening to Paul McCartney and AC/DC, making it the highest-grossing festival in the world. We got a video reenactment of the organizers once they saw the final numbers this year.
