It’s going to take a long time before this guy gets dethroned from having the worst metal tattoo(s) of all time, but this could quickly jump into the runner-up spot. Apparently inked at Kat Von D’s High Voltage Tattoo shop in Los Angeles, this Hello Kitty version of Axl Rose was inspired by artist Plasticgod’s version of the two former icons of pop and Japanese culture.  Hello, welcome to the kitty.
