Today, AC/DC released the title track for their upcoming 15th album, Rock or Bust. If you’re expecting the band to make a bold statement or departure from their signature sound, you’re doing it wrong. Listening to an AC/DC song and expecting anything other than an AC/DC song is like going to Pizza Hut and ordering a burger. They do what they do year in and year out, and you know exactly what you’re going to be getting. On that front, the song delivers. It could’ve come out on any of their albums, and while Malcolm Young wasn’t involved in this one, you’d be hard-pressed to tell the difference.

Rock or Bust will be out on December 2. In the meantime, there will be a free listening party for the album in New York at Webster Hall tomorrow (18). You can RSVP for that here.
