Back in 2006, Bullet For My Valentine released The Poison: Live at Brixton. It was a live DVD of the band, then white hot off the success of the previous year’s debut solo album, performing said solo album at the Brixton Academy. Last year, the band returned to the venue, now the O2 Brixton Academy, for two sold-out shows, where they performed a career-spanning set on the first night and revisited their debut album once again for it’s tenth anniversary on the second. The December 9 and 10 shows were recorded, and will come out on July 28th as Live From Brixton: Chapter Two

The band have begun taking pre-orders for the set in a variety of formats via PledgeMusic. Here’s what you can pick up:

‘Night One’ CD (career-spanning setlist)
‘Night Two’ CD (‘The Poison’ in its entirety setlist)
DVD (feat. both nights)
Blu-Ray (feat. both nights)
Triple disc Red Vinyl (‘Night Two’ only)

Matt Tuck spoke about the set:

“’Live at Brixton Chapter 2’ marks the end of a massive 18 month global touring cycle, so to mark the success of ‘Venom’ and to celebrate our debut album ‘The Poison’ – we thought we’d capture both nights so that everyone could be a part of it. It was an incredible couple of nights at a venue that means so much to us, so make sure you grab a copy and enjoy the madness.”

The band’s first album for Spinefarm will be released before the end of the year.
