New Music

It’s been awhile since we heard anything about Born Of The Storm, the collaboration of Lamb Of God’s Mark Morton and DevilDriver’s Dez Fafara. Granted, considering how busy both are with their full-time bands, that was to be expected. However, the Lamb Of God guitarist surprised fans earlier today by offering yet another free demo from the project.

Called “The New Rain Blues,” the song is even grungier than the first two demos we heard back in March. In other words, in case it wasn’t clear before, Born Of The Storm is nothing like Lamb Of God or DevilDriver. With that said, it still sounds pretty awesome and Fafara can definitely pull off the clean vocal approach. Judge for yourself and download “The New Rain Blues” online.
