At this rate, we might end up hearing Black Sabbath perform all the songs off its new album 13 before its release on June 11. After premiering the bonus track “Methademic” onstage last Monday, Black Sabbath treated fans in Melbourne to yet another new song. This time, they performed the third track off of 13 titled “Loner” (meaning we’ve now heard the album’s first three tracks, including “God Is Dead?” and “End Of The Beginning”). And unsurprisingly, fan filmed footage of the performance is now online.

Unfortunately, our main criticism with “Loner” is the same as with “Methademic,” Ozzy doesn’t sound that great. We just can’t help but notice that Ozzy’s voice lacks strength when singing the line “Alright Now” during “Loner” compared to when he sang the same line on old Sabbath songs. Hopefully his voice sounds better on the album than onstage, cause the song itself sounds like a solid Sabbath song.

Judge for yourself and watch fan filmed footage of Sabbath playing “Loner” above. In case you forgot what the other songs off of 13 sound like, check out the studio version of “God Is Dead?” and live footage of “End Of The Beginning” and “Methademic” below.
