The new Ozzy song rips! See for yourself with the stream of “Let Me Hear You Scream” from his forthcoming album Scream below. The song was recently used in a prison riot scene in CSI: NY.

    This is the lamest pop song yet, its disgusting. The drum beat is so generic and uninspired, the lyrics are downright retarded and the solo is the only thing even worth a crap.

    This song was recorded during sessions that still had Zakk as the guitarist. I don’t if the squeals are edited out or not but this is not an album featuring the original work of Gus G.

    yes it dose sound better than his last album but WTF!! look at rob halford he and the rest of judas priest can still pull some metal from their old bones. call me old school but what happen to ozzy and blizzard of ozz. i know randy rhodes but still life goes on. if only he could of picked up the pieces and kept on going strong. o well sweet single sounds poppy good thing for ozzy lets hope. \m/

    If only Ozzy would have stopped after No More Tears, we’d all look back fondly on his albums. The auto-tuned, overly processed feel of this garbage is a joke. This is barely rock, and it sure as hell isn’t metal.

    @Steve O : It’s at 2:36. Zakk is Gus’ favorite guitarist, so it’s probably an homage. The Solo’s actually the coolest thing about the song.

    I can see where the Nickelback comparison is coming from, but it’s tenuous.
    The song itself is great, until the chorus, which really isn’t strong enough for the entire song. The overall sound is fantastic, very strong…and it’s the best thing Ozzy has done since No More Tears.

    The solo is excellent and I don’t miss Zakk and his constant pinch harmonics.

    Good set up for the album.

    sounds like crap.as a guitarist i can even tell what note that greek bastard is playing. he’s playing only one fucking note throughout with palm mutes. ozzy could get anyone better but he chose this joker?! what the fuck. This is too normal.well what the fuck,i guess everyone could see this ”normal metal” coming from ozzy. vocals wise,ozzy’s signature voice is still there. Thank God that greek jackass doesn’t do backup vocals in this song. Frankly, this sucks especially coming from someone like Ozzy.     Go Ozzy and G! Gus G has so much potential ( Mystic Prophecy, Nightrage, Arch Enemy, Dream Evil, and Firewind). All you haters wait until you guys hear the full length album. Needless to say,,, Gus G has just turned 30 years old! At the age of 18 he left Greece to enroll in the Berklee College of Music, but left after only a few weeks and began working on making a name on the Metal scene. During his brief time at Berklee Gus came into contact with Joe Stump, who he credits as a great influence on his career. Can’t wait for another shredding solos!

    In response to @wyldehimself: You are one unintelligent idiot if you even think for a minute that Gus G. is a bad guitarist. If anything he would be down playing his skill by joining with Ozzy where as his true talent lies in doing solo’s. There has always been more of an emphasis on Ozzy’s vocals as I am sure you will see in this new album. Before you diss on Gus G. Listen to some Firewind you jackass. I would be even willing to say that Gus G. is probably one of best guitarists in the world so get used to people letting you know that fact.

    I’m a huge Ozzy fan and loved Zakk as his guitarist. I also enjoyed Jake’s stuff and obviously loved Randy turning the world upside down with his playing. I’m not happy about Zakk being replaced but kept an open mind awaiting this cd. I hope the other songs are better than this first single, I am not impressed at all . It is so generic, the solo is short and ok, but the rest of the song just does’nt have any soul or shredding riffs. Churko sucks and should not produce any more metal albums, go back to Brittany Spears. I hope the rest of the cd is way better than this

    I’m Now saying this:

    Ok , here it is… MY OPINION: 1st off I am 43 years old,Saw Ozzy for the first time live in ’82..It was the most unbelieveable shit I saw since watching “The wizard of OZ” (movie from 1939) when I was a toddler.
    From that point I loved Ozzy and his band Blizzard of Oz. It really made me dig into his previous work with Sabbath and really grew as a person from listening to it, I know people usually go the other way, Sabbath then ozzy solo, but I didn’t. Bought all his main releases until “Black Rain” (what the fuck was that Ozzy?) and before that “Down to Earth was a BIG disapointment..(at this point I was depressed about ozzy ‘s stuff)…so I have to say that when I heard “Let me hear you scream” on the radio for the 1st time: I hated it! PERIOD……..BUT something told me to buy the album WTF, and after playing it and really listening to it for about 10x’s except “let me hear you scream” My GOD its just like fucking 1982 again!!!
    I love this album, don’t ask me how this fucker has done this shit again, but believe me this is the real deal! Buy this album!!!!!You guys that are putting this album down…its the best work he has done in 15 years easy, you guys are brainwashed fucks that only make up their minds after the media tells you what to think! Back in the day when I was blastin Blizz of ozz and Diary of a madman, you are the same fuckers that were tellin me to turn it down so you could hear your “Culture Club” Comma Comma Comma Coma camelian” LOL!!!
