With Swedish hardcore standard-bearers Refused announcing a tour that starts next month and then joining up with Faith No More later this Summer, it’s safe to say that they’ve got something in the works. After all, it’s been teased by the bassist of …And You Will Know us by the Trail of Dead that the band in a since-deleted Instagram post that the band was in the studio working on their first album since 1998, and they already did a successful reunion tour back in 2012. Earlier today, they posted a 6-second teaser on their site, consisting of nothing more than two quick chords, the screen reads “There’s No Escape.” We’ve reached out to the band’s management, and haven’t heard back yet, but we’d have to imagine that we’ll hear more shortly, most likely before May 24th, which is the first date of their tour.
