How big of a Tool fan are you? Sure, you might have bought one of the limited edition Opiate box sets. Maybe you even planned a stop by Merkin Vineyards in Arizona to pick up some of Maynard James Keenan’s wine. But if you’re a real fan, you’re considering coming up with $2.795 million to pick up Keenan’s house in the Hollywood Hills. According to Curbed L.A., the house is on the market for that much, and with his base of operations being in Arizona these days, that makes sense. As far as the layout and design of the house, it’s either as mystical and semi-gothic as Keenan himself or, as Curbed says, “hideous.” But if you want to own the house where Keenan dreamed up lyrics for Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer, you’re probably already figuring out how to come up with a few million and get a good realtor.

[UPDATE} Rolling Stone reports that the asking price of the house has been lowered to $2.495 million.
