2016 was a busy year for Stryper, celebrating thirty years of 1986’s To Hell with the Devil. After a break from touring, the group aim to return to the studio this fall in October followed by an extensive tour throughout 2018. The band revealed:

We’re recording a new album in October and touring extensively throughout 2018. It’s going to be the best album/tour yet! Are you ready? We are.”

The forthcoming not-yet-released album will be a follow-up from their sixteenth studio record Fallen (2015).

In somewhat releated news, it looks like Metallica frontman James Hetfield isn’t the only one being called out as satanic, with a recent YouTube video raised a new conspiracy claiming Stryper frontman Michael Sweet is exposed as a satanic sellout, along with born again Christian Dave Mustaine. It’s fun to think about considering the fact that the group are well known for their Christian faith.
