Drummer Jerry Gaskill’s condition following a heart attack seems to be improving. This past weekend, Bassist/frontman dUg Pinnick revealed via Facebook that though he’s still having trouble breathing, Gaskill has been responsive to others in the room. However, as he continues to recover in ICU, Gaskill’s medical bills are adding up.

That’s why Gaskill’s bandmates have teamed up with MolkenMuisc.com to release Burning Down Boston: Live at The Channel 6.12.91. This mp3 only live release was edited and mastered from a stereo FOH (front-of-house) recording of King’s X’s show in Boston during a tour in support of Faith Hope Love. The live album includes eleven tracks from the show and an additional three bonus tracks. The band and site are asking for $20, with 100% of the proceeds going to cover Gaskill’s medical expenses.

You can find more information about the live release via MolkenMusic.com, while a trailer for it can be seen after the jump. Additional gifts to help Gaskill’s medical expenses can also be mailed to this address: Jerry Gaskill, c/o World Entertainment Inc., P.O. Box 3095, Sea Bright, NJ 07760.
