On February 2nd, there will be much more to see than a groundhog’s shadow. Therion’s long anticipated rock opera Beloved Antichrist will finally arrive. These symphonic metal pioneers will unleash what is considered as mastermind’s Christofer Johnsson’s monumental brainchild and could be considered as a three hour masterpiece. The story is partially based on Vladímir Soloviov’s A Short Tale Of The Antichrist and will feature twenty-seven different character roles. The group are expected to reveal the first single before Christmas Day. In the meantime, we can check out the artwork designed by Thomas Ewerhart and tracklist.
