Montebello, Quebec is an inconspicuous and low-key Canadian town known for its record breaking log cabins and open fields over beautiful, rolling hills. However, this quaint municipality springs to life every June when Amnesia Rockfest comes to town and turns a 2-day festival into a week long block party, taking over the entirety of the otherwise quiet town in the name of rock.

Having attended this past year, I can attest that Rockfest is a far wilder festival population than any I’d ever experienced in the US. About two hours in, I came to the conclusion that nothing I could see or experience would shock me.

Well, scratch that. Apparently, some festival goers took it to the next level and engaged in a porn shoot at the festival site. At least 12 Rockfest attendees joined in on an adult film with porn actress Pamela Kayne, produced by AD4X. The company advertises this film as a dream opportunity for these rockers to get it on with a real porn star.

Rockfest founder Alex Martel is pissed. The festival’s name is mentioned in the film on multiple occasions and included in the description for it more than once – and that isn’t the kind of publicity Martel wants drawn to Canada’s largest rock festival. He’s taking legal action against AD4X, who are no strangers to similar accusations having tried the same thing at Festival Western de Saint-Tite.

Andre de la Seine of AD4X claims that the production was shot on private property and thus doesn’t require the permission of the festival in order to mention their name.  He maintains that those included in the film were consenting and knew what they were doing.

Rockfest will put 150 employees on the watch for anyone trying to do something similar at this year’s installment of the festival. Despite that army of lookouts, it will definitely be a tough task to keep track of their massive camping grounds and all of the surrounding areas that show-goers frequent throughout the weekend.
