Back in June of 2010, Motley Crue singer Vince Neil was arrested in Las Vegas for a DUI. And now it looks like he’s going to spend time behind bars for it. KTNV is reporting that Neil will plead guilty to the DUI on January 26, and then will turn himself over to Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas on February 15, where he will spend the next 15 days in. Following that, he will serve another 15 days under house arrest.

We’re glad that Neil is serving time for his actions. But quite honestly, and not to be total judgmental pricks, we still feel he’s getting off pretty easy. It’s bad enough that he risked lives while driving drunk once, but this isn’t the first time! In fact, he is living proof that drunk driving kills, which is exactly what he did in 1984. You’d think that an accident like that would shape Neil up, but it hasn’t! Even after the DUI arrest this past Summer, MetalSucks.net discovered that Neil was still driving under the influence.

It’s obvious that Neil is an addict, and needs help ASAP. Hopefully, he gets it. However, when you put other people’s lives in jeopardy time and time again, I have less sympathy for you.
