The Jack Black-starring (and Ozzy, Halford and Lemmy-featuring) video game Brutal Legend could be delayed after original publisher Activision filed suit. Activision is suing developer Double Fine, which hopes to release this October via Electronic Arts after Activision dropped the game last year.
