In 2001, former Testament/Death guitarist turned producer James Murphy was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Murphy immediately underwent surgery, which removed 70% of the tumor.   • Megadeth has added two dates in New York City to Gigantour this summer, bringing the touring festival to the Hammerstein Ballroom on August 6 and 7.

  • Battlecross has premiered a new song called “Flesh & Bone” with Metal Sucks. The song appears on the band’s new album, War Of Will, due out on July 9 via Metal Blade Records.
