Dee Snider Appears In Carpet Cleaner TV Ad

Dee Snider is no stranger to TV, having recently competed in Celebrity Apprentice and appeared in Holliston. But now fans can see the Twisted Sister frontman in an even more unlikely place: a TV commercial for Stanley Steemer, a carpet cleaners chain. He even sings “Call 1-800-Steemer” half way through the ad. And to think, it’s been about 27 years since Snider spoke against the Parents Music Resource Center over explicit lyrics. Now he’s shilling for carpet cleaners. Watch the Twisted Sister singer’s Stanley Steemer commercial in the video above. But then again, it’s not like it’s the first time that he’s co-opted his image for a commercial.
