4. Anthrax in ,em>Calendar Girls
(2003)

Because when you think of English women in their 40s-50s posing nude
for a calendar, you think of… Anthrax? Apparently. When the
calendar girls head to California following their success,
they end up chatting hanging out poolside with Scott Ian, Frank Bello,
and John Bush (who was still in the band by then). This may not be the
#1 metal movie cameo of all time, but it’s certainly the most
random.

[note- Anthrax’s cameo can be see starting around the 7:00 mark in the
video above]
