5. Nicko McBrain’s Rock N’ Roll Ribs

As the drummer of Iron Maiden for the past 30 years, Nicko McBrain knows a thing or two about drums. And he’s also well-versed in BBQ apparently. “Rock n Roll Ribs” opened three years ago in the decidedly non-metal environs of Coral Springs FL, and is described by the Broward-Palm Beach New Times as looking like an “Iron Maiden shrine in a teenaged boy’s bedroom.” We’re already in. The same article, however, describes  them as having the best baby back ribs in the area. Funny, we thought Iron Maiden’s best ribs were here.
