4. Sebastian Bach throws a tantrum and bottle onstage

This incident previously made it onto our top 5 craziest onstage incidents list. However, the now infamous “bottle incident” captures a young Sebastian Bach in the midst of the ultimate freak out onstage (as well as committing a crime). The incident happened while Skid Row was opening for Aerosmith in 1989, when a fan threw a bottle onstage during the band’s set in Springfield, MA. When Bach attempted to throw back the bottle at the heckler (after a nice little rant), he missed and ended up hitting a young female fan in the face. Video of the throwing (as seen above) led to his arrest and three years of probation.
