5. Neurosis’ “The Eye of Every Storm”

Not only is Neurosis’ post-metal the perfect music to listen to in any natural disaster – especially a hurricane, where the growing sense of doom matches the expectation for damage that grows as a storm gets closer – but the album cover looks a hell of a lot like what’s happening on The Weather Channel right now, especially if you draw a little New Jersey on it.
