Metal Insider’s Top 5 is a column where we count down the top five of…well basically anything.

Earlier today, Pig Destroyer premiered a song from their new album Book Burner (out on October 23) via Revolver. The song is titled “Baltimore Strangler.” After picking up our jaws from the ground following our first (dozen) listens, the new song got us thinking: what other metal/hard rock songs are there about cities?

Random? You bet, but nonetheless we were determined to answer that question. So without further ado, check out which songs about cities made it onto our list by clicking the page numbers below. That is, of course, after you listen to Pig Destroyer’s “Baltimore Strangler.”

    Nice inclusion with Scissorfight! There needs to be a follow-up list with the best songs about countries, with “Germany” by Bleeding Through showing up on the list somewhere.
