Agalloch To Tour North America This Summer

Touring

Because when we think of Summer, we envision the chilling sounds of Agalloch… right? Back in April, the folk metal group revealed that in addition to their appearance at this year’s Maryland Deathfest, they would be embarking on a 30 date North American tour. While an official announcement has not been made just yet, Lambgoat have discovered a handful of dates that have already slipped.

In addition to these dates, it’s been revealed that Taurus will provide support on the trek. This tour would appear to come in perfect timing, as Agalloch completed work on their new EP Faustian Echoes back in March. An official announcement is likely to arrive soon. But in the meantime, you can check out the dates that have slipped out so far for Agalloch’s North American tour after the jump.

UPDATE: Agalloch have officially announced dates for their North American tour. The band has also confirmed that their new EP Faustian Echoes will be released digitally prior to the tour, while  LP and CD versions will only be available at the shows this Summer and will be available via mail order after the tour. An updated rundown of dates (with some cities and venues TBA) can be seen after the jump.
