It looks like a few scattered countries will get to experience the choreographed, metal cuteness of Babymetal this year. In addition to their previously-announced appearance at Rock on the Range, the band has announced a string of dates for this upcoming May-June. On top of the Rock on the Range show and a show at Chicago’s House of Blues two days earlier, Babymetal’s world tour will hit Mexico, Canada, Germany, Austria and Japan.
The tour poster depicts the girls in mysterious, Batman-esque black costumes showing only their eyes accompanied by the tagline “The Dark Knights Begin.” There’s no word as to what exactly this means for the style of the live show on this tour, but knowing Babymetal – it’s bound to be extravagant.
