Touring

It’s been a tour that’s been rumored about for a few weeks now. And though a few dates were leaked earlier today, it didn’t take long for an official announcement with the entire rundown of dates to be announced. So without further ado…

Between The Buried And Me announced that they will be headlining the 2011 Saints & Sinners Tour, with main support coming from Animals As Leaders and TesseracT. The tour will be hitting all over North America this coming Fall and Winter, with tickets for advance purchase already available via BTBAM’s Facebook page. BTBAM guitarist Paul Waggoner had the following to say about the trek:

“It will be so exciting to get back out on the road and play some tunes for all our wonderful fans. Our anticipation for this tour is massive and I hope that sentiment is shared by all the metal geeks out there. The bill is loaded with some of the most forward-thinking, virtuosic musicians in the genre and the audience can expect to hear all 12 notes in every humanly audible octave many times during the course of the evening!”

As if this lineup wasn’t exciting enough, The Dillinger Escape Plan & Dredg will be on the bill during the tour’s stop in Boston, while the Asbury Park, NJ and Los Angeles dates are as part of the presumably returning “Saints & Sinners Festival” (leading one to believe that more special guests will be announced soon). And here we thought we couldn’t get any more excited for the Fall season. You can check out a complete rundown of dates after the jump.
