Touring

Last month, the Summer Slaughter Tour started to drop hints as to who will be headlining their “biggest line-up yet.” After giving the clue “Hammer Smashed Mordecai” on Facebook, everyone immediately guessed that Cannibal Corpse and Between The Buried And Me were co-headlining this Summer’s trek.

However, in a post made on Facebook late last night, it was confirmed that we guessed right. So now we know that Cannibal Corpse and Between The Buried And Me will indeed be headlining the Summer Slaughter Tour together this Summer. But who else will be on the bill? Well, rather than revealing the big lineup all at once, Summer Slaughter will be announcing a band confirmed for the tour every Sunday via Facebook.

We’ll have to wait and see if other rumored acts for the tour (such as The Faceless, Job For A Cowboy, Veil of Maya, and Hate Eternal) will be on the tour as well. But the inclusion of Cannibal Corpse and BTBAM already makes this a fantastic touring package worth seeing. And who knows, maybe BTBAM will have some material from the second Parallax ready to play live on the tour. The Summer Slaughter tour will start announcing confirmed bands via their Facebook page this Sunday, February 5.
