Fear Factory Announce Post-Shockwave Tour Dates

While the Shockwave Festival is not happening this summer, its intended headliner Fear Factory has added a whole bunch of new dates to their own US summer tour.

After the news  about the festival being canceled was announced by the organizers only several days ago, (the Fourth of July, actually) Fear Factory declared that their fans should be looking out for new headlining dates this summer. At that point in time, only two dates had been certain – August 15 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ and their performance at the Gathering of the Juggalos – but now another eleven shows have been added. There’s no word on if any openers will be joining the tour – the NJ show seemed to have only local openers.

While this isn’t quite the Shockwave Festival, thirteen dates from it’s intended headliner is definitely a good start and a bit of reconciliation for all those that had their Shockwave tickets already.

The band will be playing the following shows:

08/02 Window Rock, AZ – Nakai Hall
08/03 Tempe, AZ – Marquee Theater
08/04 Hollywood, CA – House Of Blues
08/05 Las Vegas, NC – Cheyenne Saloon
08/07 Albuquerque, NM – Sunshine Theater
08/09 Cave In Rock, IL – Gathering Of The Juggalos
08/10 Fort Wayne, IN – Pierre’s
08/11 Twin Lakes, WI – Shadow Hill Ranch (“WIIL Rock Fest“)
08/12 Mt. Clemens, MI – Emerald Theatre
08/14 Pittsburgh, PA – Altar Bar
08/15 Sayreville, NJ – Starland Ballroom
08/16 Poughkeepsie, NY – The Chance (feat. Soulfly, Incite, Lody Kong & Painmask)
08/18 San Juan, PR – Tito Puente Theater
