KEN Mode thought they weren’t going to be able to make it to the first date of their summer tour after a fender bender took them off the road as they were preparing to leave. But the band posted via their Facebook page that they are in fact back in the game for the tour, which began in St. Paul, Minn. Thursday night.

The band posted  a picture of their tour van and another vehicle mashed together Wednesday on their Facebook page in their homeland of Winnipeg with the following explanation:

About to load our van for tour, Winnipeg says “nah, I don’t think so”. First date is in severe jeopardy now.

Thursday they posted that they were doing everything in their power to get to St. Paul and confirmed Thursday they were on the road, ready to go.

We’re on the road! Prepare thyselves St. Paul MN! Turf Club TONIGHT

KEN Mode, however, have given no indication on how their tour vehicle got mangled in the first place.
