It’s the news that fans have been waiting for since three quarters of seminal stoner metal band Kyuss first announced plans to tour Europe under the moniker Kyuss Lives! The newly reunited trio has announced plans to perform their first shows in the U.S. since John Garcia, Brant Bjork, Nick Oliveri (along with new guitarist Bruno Fevery) reunited. While the ultimate U.S. show for the band would be somewhere in a desert with generators as power, so far, the following two shows have been confirmed:

9/23- New York, NY- Terminal 5 (tickets HERE )

10/8- Pomona, CA- The Fox Theater (tickets HERE)

However, more U.S. dates are expected to be announced soon. And since new music is supposedly in the works as well, we’re sure that we’ll be hearing a lot more from Kyuss Lives! throughout the year.

As if seeing the stoner metal legends live wasn’t exciting enough, though, support on both dates will come from The Sword. We’ve suddenly become anxious for the Fall to arrive already! Tickets for both dates go on sale this Friday (April 29) to the public.
