Mastodon Touring With The Dillinger Escape Plan And Red Fang, Confirmed For ‘Late Show With David Letterman’

As if this Fall wasn’t already jammed back with amazing tour packages, Mastodon have announced dates for a North American tour. Joining them on the road this Fall/Winter will be none other than The Dillinger Escape Plan and Red Fang. Talk about one hell of a bill! Pre-sale tickets for the tour will be available starting at 12:00pm local time on Thursday, September 15, while more information about purchasing tickets will be revealed soon. As if you needed more reason to buy tickets, every pair of tickets purchased online will also receive one digital copy of Mastodon’s new album The Hunter until midnight of September 26.

And in case you still need more of a Mastodon news fix, it’s just been announced that they’ll be performing “Curl Of The Burl” on CBS’ The Late Show with David Letterman on October 5. Last time Mastodon was on The Late Show was back in 2009 when they performed “Oblivion.” Guess it’s safe to say that the band’s tattoos didn’t scare off David Letterman.
