This lineup is very disappointing IMO. I’d go for Lamb Of God, Five Finger Death Punch, Hatebreed, Chimaira, and Winds Of Plague, but the others…. NO. Korn, Zombie, ATREYU?! WHAT?! LOG should be headlining, with FFDP co-headlining. The could’ve added Carnifex and The Agonist, and many others, but they chose “pussy” bands as fillers. Next year, they’ve got some making up to do.

  2. B.C. Says:

I think the main stage is good, but lamb should be headlining. there doing the same thing they did last year. They get some good bands to play first then a random band out of no where. all though this line up is better than last year.

I do not like hate breed but everyone else on the stage is good.

  3. george Says:

this years line up sucks compared to last years. i know its probably impossible to top a line up like that, but this one doesn’t even come close. how do you go from manson to korn?! wtf. and where’s all the death metal?

  4. Matt Hughes Says:

Scott I couldn’t agree more with you. Last years Mayhem was just too insane I loved it but I’m half disappointed with this one

  5. Kris Says:

Dude… This List Is Sick.. And Mother Fuckers Its Not Called Death Metal Festival. Its Called Mayhem Fest.. We Dont Want A Bunch Of Fuckin Cookie Cutter Bands.. That Would Suck… I Think The 2008 Line Up Was The Best However This One Is Amazing!

  6. page Says:

  7. chud Says:

bury your dead and 36 crazyfists couldve spiced up the lineup a notch or twelve, but im still going. cant miss five finger, those boys are nuts

  8. jason Says:

its ok but where is all that remains! filler bands=gay. avenged seven fold…i saw on the ticket sight thay were going, there not listed on the official site WTF! and korn…thay could get better. im still going thow.

  9. Paul Says:

I think the lineup is alright love hatebreed and chimaira and lamb of god interested to hear zombie with joey jordison back on those drums hate five finger the singer sounds like…….a dying moose korn there new shit is a step up but to add a couple bands i would add some behemoth or napalm death or machine head but lineup looks good cant wait!!!

  11. Tyla Says:

This is a sick line-up! (yea, minus a couple bands but whatever – I’ll stand in line for JD during Atreyu, lol) It’d be better if Pantera were still around…. RIP Dimebag. Korn’s first album was heavy as hell…I like em still but I understand what u mean…I was surprised to see them headlining. I didn’t think Manson put on a great show last yr tho….the first time I seen him he was awesome!
Can’t wait for Metal Mulisha’s freestylin’ again :)
