It seems like it was yesterday when California post-hardcore dealers, Thrice, announced their indefinite hiatus  and toured for the last time with Animals As Leaders as sort of a farewell tour. When they announced they were going to take a break ub 2912, the band made clear they weren’t calling it a day just yet but that they would not be as active as usual so it was no surprise when they announced a set of live shows back in 2015, including Riot Fest in Chicago.

Just like we’ve seen this past few weeks with other bands who came back like Underoath or Despised Icon, Thrice just announced their first proper headliner tour since 2012 and will hit the road in company of La Dispute and Gates.

The band has a new album planned for 2016 but there’s no word if the album will be out and ready by the time they start their journey, but chances are you will get to listen some new tunes if you catch them at your nearest city.
