Restarter is a pretty apt name for Florida band Torche’s fourth full-length. It is somewhat of a reset for them, as it will be their first album on Relapse Records. The album artwork has been revealed for the record, which is set to come out on February 24, 2015. The album was recorded in From November of last year to spring of this year, and bassist Jonathan Nunez described  the sound of it to Rolling Stone:

“The music is like what we do: very driving, very heavy on the toms, real pounding rhythm section, the guitars are just nonstop, but with a melodic twist. Then the vocals come in and it’s this whole Psychedelic Furs – and maybe Guided By Voices – phrasing.”

You’ll probably get to hear some of the album next month, as Torche will be opening for Clutch on their holiday run of shows. Here’s where you’ll be able to catch them:
